Toghraei has over 20 years experience in the field of industrial water treatment. His main expertise is in the treatment of wastewater from oil and petrochemical complexes. Toghraei has received a B.Sc. in chemical engineering from Isfahan University of Technology and an M.Sc. in environmental engineering from the University of Tehran, and is a member of APEGA.
